Tell us which space needs coating (garage, lanai, patio, pool deck, an indoor room, a shop or a warehouse), its approximate square footage or car count, and its current state: raw concrete, painted, coated before, oil-stained, cracked or with patches that never seem to dry. If water got in during a recent storm, say so. Note any HOA or condo approval you need, and send a few photos of the full floor plus any problem areas if you have them.
